    • The present invention relates to a high-speed device for generating a fiber textile. The purpose of the present invention is to improve the coloring efficiency of the textile by increasing a thermally conductive area and prevent the generation of stain in the process of coloring as a heating part having a triangular cross section includes winding drums and a heater between the winding drums. The high-speed device for generating a fiber textile comprises: an unwinding drum for unwinding the wound textile having dye printed into a predetermined design; a winding drum for winding the textile being unwound from the unwinding drum; a heating part installed between the unwinding drum and the winding drum to color the textile via heat generated by the heater; a frame installed at the lower part of the heating part; and a smoke guiding part installed at the upper part of the heating part to guide smoke generated from the heating part in the process of coloring the textile. The heating part comprises: a main body of the heating part having a triangular cross section; a reflecting plate installed to correspond to a slope in the main body of the heating part; a heater installed inside the reflecting plate; and a heating plate installed on the slope in the main body of the heating part.

    • PURPOSE: A sand blaster is provided to conveniently process a workpiece and to improve a sanding work efficiency by automatically processing the workpiece employing a sand gun reciprocating around the workpiece on a turntable. CONSTITUTION: A sand blaster comprises a grinding machine(10) for processing a workpiece, a hopper(12) installed below the grinding machine to collect sand and sludge, a turntable(16) rotating by a table motor(18) on the bottom of the grinding machine, and a sand gun(20) reciprocating linearly by a gun moving unit at the upper portion of the turn table. The gun moving unit comprises a gun motor(24) connected with a gear(22), a rack gear(26) moving forward and backward by the rotation of the gun motor, and a pair of supporting shafts(28) connected to the front end of the rack gear. Upon operating the table motor, the gun motor and the sand gun while a workpiece is placed on the turntable, the sand gun automatically processes the workpiece by linearly reciprocating inside the grinding machine. The sand used for grinding the workpiece and the sludge are collected in the hopper. According to automatic machining work, work efficiency is improved. Moreover, the inside of the grinding machine is cleaned easily by the hopper.
