    • PURPOSE: A gas sensing device of tap holes of a furnace is provided to efficiently sense gas of high temperatures discharged from tap holes of a furnace, thereby confirming the existence of a gas leakage. CONSTITUTION: A gas sensing device of tap holes of a furnace comprises a collector(110), a filter(120), a cooling chamber(130), a pressure control valve(140), a flow rate control valve(150), a detection sensor(160), a suction unit(170), and a cooling pipe(181). The collector is arranged to be closed to tap holes of a furnace, thereby colleting sample gas. The filter filters foreign materials from the gas has flown through the collector. The cooling chamber cools the sample gas filtered by the filter. The pressure control valve controls pressure of the sample gas cooled by the cooling chamber. The flow rate control valve controls a flow rate of the sample gas in which the pressure is controlled by the pressure control valve. The detection sensor detects components of the sample gas in which the flow rate is controlled by the flow rate control valve. The suction unit sucks outside air supplied from an air supply unit(190) and the sample gas has passed through the detection sensor, thereby moving. The cooling pipe guides mixed gas mixed in the suction unit to the cooling chamber.

      이에 의하면, 파티클 센서가 중력방향을 항상 지시하면서 배치되어 공기청정기의 배치에 관계없이 일정한 방향을 유지할 수 있어 정확한 측정을 보장하는 효과가 있다.

The second diluting apparatus is designed as a porous tube diluting apparatus and is installed between the exhausting part of the evaporator and a stabilization chamber(14).
