    • PURPOSE: A condensation particle counter is provided to improve a measurement unit to be able to be used in every field without undesirably influencing other measuring environment. CONSTITUTION: A condensation particle counter comprises a saturation unit(3) and a condensation unit(6). The saturation unit comprises a porous saturation unit. The saturation unit circulates the gas filled with solid particles provided by a supply line(2) from a sampling section(1). The condensation unit is arranged on the downstream of the saturation unit and an annex reservoir(4). The working fluid is provided from a particle counter(7) on the downstream of the condensation unit to a heating saturation unit. The reservoir for the working fluid of the saturation unit is connected to the sampling section of the gas filled with solid particles by a pressure equalization line(9).

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for deciding the concentration of solid particles is provided to easily measure the concentration of solid particles without corruption and to form solid particles in an adjustable concentration. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for deciding the concentration of solid particles comprises a prior diluting apparatus which mixes a sample flow branched from a gas stream with the dilute gas without a particle, a heating evaporator(7) which is located in the downstream of the diluted sample flow, a second diluting apparatus(8) which is located in the downstream of the evaporator and mixes the sample flow with an additional dilute gas without particle, and a particle counter which is located in the downstream of the second diluting apparatus. The second diluting apparatus is designed as a porous tube diluting apparatus and is installed between the exhausting part of the evaporator and a stabilization chamber(14).
