A thread part(22) is formed at the side of a heating furnace on the outer surface of the fuel supply pipe. The ceramic refractory pipe is installed on the front end of the fuel supply pipe. A stepped part(121) is formed on the outer surface of the ceramic refractory pipe.

A plurality of inlet ports is formed in the longitudinal direction of the gas blowing nozzle. The controller controls the cross sections of the inlet port. The gas blowing nozzle is cylindrical shape. A plurality of inlet ports is arranged on the cross section of the gas blowing nozzle in circular shape.
