摘要：
A burner and a cooker including the same are provided to cook the food in various method because the outer burner using flame and the inner burner using the heat transfer member are included. A burner comprises a first burner(230) burning the gas and heats up one part of the food; and a second burner(260) delivering the heat of combustion of the gas through the ream delivery medium and heats up the rest of the food. The first burner comprises a first burner head(240) in which the gas service pipe is equipped, and a first burner cap(250) settled in the upper side of the first burner head. Flame holes(231,232) in which the gas is ejected are formed between the first burner head and the first burner cap. The second burner comprises a second burner pot(270) which is settled in the upper side of the first burner, and is provided with the gas to inside, a combustion member(280) which is place inside the second burner pot, and a top glass(290) which is the heat transfer medium delivering the heat of combustion of the gas generated in the oxidizer ash to the food.
