    • An active steering bogie for railway vehicle is provided to improve stability in high-speed traveling of the railway vehicle and to minimize the vibration of wheels and rails during traveling. An active steering bogie for railway vehicle comprises front and rear steering mechanisms(200A,200) symmetrically installed to steer front and rear wheel axles(104) using links. The front and rear steering mechanisms are composed of steering links(204,204a), connection links(205,205a), torsion bars(206), and driving links(202). The steering link is hinged with an axle box on one side and hinged with the connection link on the other side. The connection link is coupled with the torsion bar at the free end. The torsion bar makes the connection link interlock with each other. The driving link is hinged with the joint between the connection link and the steering link on one side and coupled with a servo motor(201) on the other side.

    • The present invention relates to a bolster swing device and, specially, to a bolster swing device installed between a truck frame and a bolster, comprising: a first pin part having one end fixed to the upper connecting part of the truck frame; a second pin part having one end fixed to the lower connecting part of the bolster; and a link part having an upper end rotatably connected to the other end of the first pin part via a first connecting unit and a lower end to the second pin part via a second connecting unit to swing the bolster in a left and right direction or a front and rear direction. The present invention enhance the durability of the first pin part, the second pin part and the link part and smoothly operates a tilting actuator by smoothly tilting the bolster via a left and right swing operation of the link part in a curved interval and by eliminating a front and rear twisting load on the bolster via a front and rear swing operation of the link part in the case that the front and rear twisting load is put on the bolster by a relative rotational displacement with the truck frame.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a sealed knuckle for an antiroll bar of a high speed railroad is provided to improve quality by extending replacement cycle of a sealed knuckle, and to minimize friction between contact surfaces around a bearing without additional lubricant. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a sealed knuckle for an antiroll bar of a high speed railroad is as follows. A ball bearing is manufactured by using a tool steel. The ball bearing is chrome-plated and the plated ball bearing is polished. A housing is manufactured by using the tool steel. A liner in which Teflon is spread in a fabric is manufactured and is attached to the housing. After assembling the ball bearing and the housing, both are tightly molded by using a press. The assembled sealed knuckle is final-processed to be fit into the numerical value. Rubber sealings are attached to both sides of the sealed knuckle.
