    • Provided are incombustible composition excellent in strength, water resistance and processability by using waste materials, and interior constructional products using the composition by roller pressing and autoclave curing. The incombustible composition comprises the components of: 1-80wt.% of organic fiber such as crushed paper and wood, waste fiber or rice hull, or inorganic fiber such as glass wool or ceramic wool; 1-80wt.% of fly ash or bottom ash; 1-80wt.% of flame retardant such as CaCO3 or NaHCO3; 1-60wt.% of incombustible hardener such as sodium silicate or kalium silicate; 1-50wt.% of weight-lightening material such as perlite, vermiculite or diatomite; and additive selected from hardening promoter(MgO, gypsum plaster), surfactant and inorganic colorant(TiO2). The incombustible construction products are manufactured by the following steps of: mixing organic or inorganic fiber, fly ash or bottom ash and flame retardant, and spraying water and hardening agent to mixtures, wherein each material is used in the proportions corresponding to the above composition; roller pressing the mixed materials; curing products in an autoclave at 10-200deg.C to dry hardening agent and water fast. The resultant products having incombustibility and heat insulation are used for fire door, fire wall, panel, floor, door, etc.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a super lightweight heat insulating composition with nonflammability and high heat resistance by forming nonflammable layer on the surface of expanded polystyrene chips though mixing and compression forming processes. CONSTITUTION: The nonflammable heat insulating composition comprises the components of: 1-30wt.% of expanded polystyrene chip ground to a size of less than 3mm; 10-30wt.% of inorganic nonflammable materials such as cement, gypsum, clay, MgO, Al2O3 and TiO2; 30-80wt.% of water; 0.5-7wt.% of thickeners such as methyl cellulose, starch, bentonite and cellulose fiber; 3-10wt.% of nonflammables such as boric acid, borax, phosphoric acid, bentonite and paraffin chloride; 0-15wt.% of adhesives such as urea, melamine, epoxy, urethane and gelatin; 0-10wt.% of hardening agent such as K2SO4, Al2(SO4)3, MgCl2, gypsum and sodium silicate; and optionally pigment and water resistance improver such as Portland cement waterproofing agent, acryl, vinyl acetate, etc. The manufacturing apparatus comprises the parts of: a first grinding part(10) to grind expanded polystyrene; a second grinding part(30) to grind the ground chips; a chip-collecting part(50) equipped with an air blower(53) to eject high pressure air to discharge collected chips rapidly; a storing part(70); compression mixing part to mix chips, being supplied from the storing part, with other components; compression forming system through vibration, press or extrusion.

    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a soil brick having a high strength and a low absorption rate using an unfiring forming method and, more specifically, to a technology for stably manufacturing a high strength soil brick by mixing a solidifying material composed of a cement and soil solidifying composition as a powder component mixed with a soil, and a waste material powder such as an oyster shell powder and a waste cathode ray tube powder, and applying the same to the soil. According to the present invention, cementation of the soil can be accelerated and reinforced by strengthening a bond between the surface of the cement and the soil by the soil solidifying composition, the strength can be more improved by mixing the waste material powder, and the waste material is recycled to have an effect of reducing secondary environmental pollution caused by the waste material. Moreover, the soil brick manufactured by the method according to the present invention has extremely excellent properties like durability, compression strength, and absorbent, has excellent workability and constructability, and even has excellent economic advantages to be widely used for masonry bricks, bottom bricks, and various kinds of bricks.
