    • PURPOSE: A device for assembling a brake disk made of different materials is provided to ensure durability by firmly assembling a hat part and a friction part made of different materials and to disperse torque due to a friction force in a braking process into the hat part and the friction part. CONSTITUTION: A device for assembling a brake disk made of different materials comprises a friction part joint(33), a hat part joint(34), a high intensity elastic band member(35), a spline protrusion(36), and a plurality of spline grooves(37). The friction part joint is protruded on one side of a friction part(32) to be perpendicular to the rotation direction(R1) of the friction part. The hat part joint is integrated with a hat part(31) in order to be overlapped with the joint of the friction part when assembling the hat part with the friction part. The high intensity elastic band member simultaneously restricts the friction and hat part joints for joining the friction and hot parts. The spline protrusion is positioned outside the friction part joint. The spline groove is formed on the inner circumference of the hat part joint in order to insert the spline protrusion.

The fixing pin penetrates the joining flange and the joint.

The strap is positioned to straddle the rivet holes of the disc plate and the hat part. The rivet fixes and passes through the strap and rivet hole.
