CONSTITUTION: A brake disk comprises a friction part(100), a hat part(300), and a plurality of fastening units(500). The friction part comprises a connection hole, a connection unit, and a plurality of fastening holes. The connection unit is formed on a predetermined thickness along an inner surface of the connection hole, and the fastening holes are separated along the circumference of the connection unit. The lower part of the hat part is inserted into the connection hole, and the hat part is matched with the connection unit of the friction part by including a connection flange(320) in the lower part. The connection flange comprises a second connection hole(322) connected to a first connection hole. The fastening units horizontally penetrate the first and second connection hole and connect the friction part and the hat part.

The hat part joint is integrated with a hat part(31) in order to be overlapped with the joint of the friction part when assembling the hat part with the friction part. The high intensity elastic band member simultaneously restricts the friction and hat part joints for joining the friction and hot parts. The spline protrusion is positioned outside the friction part joint. The spline groove is formed on the inner circumference of the hat part joint in order to insert the spline protrusion.

The hat part is combined on the inserting hole of the disc plate and formed with aluminum alloy. Multiple protrusions for coupling on the outer circumferential surface on the hat part are corresponded to the coupling grooves. The strap is positioned to straddle the rivet holes of the disc plate and the hat part. The rivet fixes and passes through the strap and rivet hole.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process of brake drum comprises the next step. A brake braking side and a housing are welded at a temperature of 500°C or greater when a housing(2) of Al-Si-Mg and a brake surface of grey cast iron are combined. Residual stress is removed from the grey cast iron when the brake braking side is heated at 600°C. In the casting process of the brake braking heated at 600°C, the housing of Al-Si-Mg is casted at 700~800°C in order to induce the combining between the housing of Al-Si-Mg and the brake surface of grey cast iron.
