The spacer body is formed of silica, a polymer material, surface-treated silica, a surface-treated polymer material, or fiber pieces. The spacer body is a photo-spacer body formed of a photosensitive organic mixture. The passivation layer covers both the spacer body and the substrate. The passivation layer is formed by photo-etching, photo-hardening, thermal hardening, sputtering, or CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition). The passivation layer has a thickness of 0.05-2 um.
