The asphalt mixture contains 91.6-93.8 weight% of mixed aggregate, 5.3-7.5 weight% of asphalt, 0.2-0.6 weight% of fiber additive, and 0.05-0.3 weight% of middle temperature additive. The mixed aggregate is composed of 75-90 weight% of thick aggregate, 8-20 weight% of fine aggregate, and 2-6 weight% of calcium carbonate. A road is paved by the tack coating emulsified asphalt and asphalt mixture. The thickness of a road paved by the tack coating emulsified asphalt and asphalt mixture is 2-3 cm.
