摘要： A substrate inspection apparatus and a substrate inspection method are provided to control magnifying power according to a substrate inspection and a chip pad defect inspection. A substrate supporting member is formed to support a substrate. An image taking member is formed to take an image of a surface of the substrate loaded on the substrate supporting member. The image taking member includes a plurality of optic units(240,250) and a plurality of image sensors(260). The optic units are arranged in parallel to each other in a substrate scanning direction to detect an optical image from the surface of the substrate. The controller receives selection information on the unit regions, detects additional traffic information on the unit regions based on the selection information, and displays the detection result through the display unit.
