    • PURPOSE: A car sensor assembly and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily fix a conductor and a sensing element of a cable in a mold for injection molding and to prevent electrical damage of the sensing element during electrical association of a sensing device and a cable. CONSTITUTION: A car sensor assembly comprises a terminal(114), a holder subassembly(110), and a cover housing(120). A terminal has one end portion connected to the conductor end portion of cable with a compression method, the other end portion which faces magnet sensing rotator in a separate state at a regular interval, and a body which connects one end portion and the other end portion. A holder sub-assembly is formed according to injection molding process by inserting a magnet, the terminal, and the cable in a mold. A cover housing covers a settled sensing element by placing the sensing element in the holder sub-assembly.

    • PURPOSE: A speed sensor assembly for a vehicle and an assembling method thereof are provided to easily fix a speed sensor on a transmission body by forming the speed sensor into as a single assembly on a fixing bracket. CONSTITUTION: Two or more sensor assemblies(200) are comprised of a mold frame(210), an upper housing(220), and a lower housing(230). The mold frame is formed as a unitary body when an electronic component and a terminal are injection-molded. The upper housing is combined to the upper part of the mold frame and has a fixing part(222) on one side. The lower housing is combined with the upper housing by being inserted into the lower part of the mold frame. A fixing bracket(400) fixes the fixing part of the sensor assemblies. A cable assembly(500) is connected to an external power supply by being electrically connected to the two or more sensor assemblies.

A lower slope part(134) is symmetrically inclined from the end of the upper slope part so that the pair of the extension pin unit becomes gradually narrowed.
