    • PURPOSE: A wheel speed detection device for a vehicle is provided to prevent the radiant heat of a disc by forming a heat shielding part which is formed by being extended to the outside from the outer periphery of a tone wheel. CONSTITUTION: A disc(20) is installed in a hub(10) combined with the wheel of a vehicle. The disc generates the braking power through the friction with a brake pad. The disc comprises an inner panel(21), an outer panel(22), a rib(23) which is formed between the inner panel and the outer panel. A wheel speed detecting device(50) appropriately applies braking power by detecting the rotation number of a wheel which is rotated when the braking power is applied. The wheel speed detection device comprises a tone wheel(60) which is rotated with the hub and a detection sensor(70) detecting the rotation speed of the tone wheel. The tone wheel comprises a heat shielding part(63) secluding the radiant heat generated in the rotation process of the disc. The heat shielding part is arranged between the disc and the detection sensor.

A cap member protects the detecting sensor from the radiant wheel generated by the rotation of the disk. An opening that exposes the detecting sensor is formed at the one side of the cap member to detect the rotation speed of the tone wheel.

The pedal pin is inserted into the lever hole. The lever hole includes a predetermined length in a longitudinal direction of the sensor lever.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for correcting a sensor signal is provided to improve the sensing reliability of a pedal stroke sensor by compensating the offset of the pedal stroke due to the position change of the breaking pedal. CONSTITUTION: A sensor signal correction device is comprised of a pedal stroke sensor(30) and a controller(50). The pedal stroke sensor senses the stroke of the brake pedal(20). The controller uses a correction factor for revising the offset of the pedal stroke sensor due to the displacement of the pedal stroke sensor. The controller revises a signal value which is outputted from the pedal stroke sensor. The controller revises the signal value outputted from the pedal stroke sensor based on the correction factor which is calculated on operation of the brake pedal. The correction factor is used for make the signal value which is sensed from the pedal stroke sensor when the brake pedal is not worked matched to a predetermined value.

The cable electrically connects the hall IC sensor. A magnet has protrusions(75). The protrusions prevent the rotation of the magnet in the magnet insertion groove.
