    • PURPOSE: A SCR system for a ship or land plant is provided to enable a user to receive and monitor data for the operation and management of the SCR system, an OBM system can communicate with the ECU by fixed-line and wireless. CONSTITUTION: A SCR system for a ship or land plant comprises a SCR reactor for the removal of NOx(2), a reducing agent supply line(4), a sensor(11), an ECU(Electric Control Unit,5) and an OBM(On Board Monitering System) system(6). The SCR reactor for the removal of NOx comprises catalyst activated by the exhaust gas. The reducing agent supply line supplies NH3 or urea to the reducing agent supply location of the SCR reactor or the upper stream. The sensor measures the component in the exhaust gas which passes through the SCR reactor. The ECU controls the supply quantity of the reducing agent through the reducing agent supply line. The OBM system communicates with the ECU by fixed-line and wireless, and monitors and stores data from the sensors.

    • PURPOSE: An SCR system is provided to supply NH3 or urea to an injection nozzle directly through a reducing agent supply line extended to the injection nozzle. CONSTITUTION: An SCR system comprises an SCR reactor(2) which is connected to an exhaust gas facility and contains catalyst, and a reducing agent supply line(4) which supplies NH3 or urea to the SCR reactor. The SCR reactor has an air soot blower(8) which supplies the air provided from an air line towards the catalyst so that foreign materials are removed from the catalyst and the catalyst is activated with the exhaust gas. A dust collection structure is installed inside the SCR reactor. A pump is installed in the reducing agent supply line to pump up NH3 or urea from the reducing agent supply line to an injection nozzle.

The second catalyst bed includes a third catalyst bed contains platinum supported on the alumina.

    • Provided is a hybrid denitrification method using a selective catalytic reduction reactor and an ACF adsorption tower, which can be applied to boilers that are frequently stopped and started, and which minimizes scale of the entire process and reduces initial facility investment costs and operating and maintenance costs. A hybrid denitrification method using the selective catalytic reduction reactor and ACF adsorption tower comprises: preparing an SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction) reactor, an adsorption tower(2), and valves(1,7); and performing an SCR process to remove NOx when normally operating the SCR reactor and adsorption tower, and performing an adsorption process in the adsorption tower to remove NOx with a high concentration instantaneously generated irregularly and intermittently. The SCR reactor includes nozzles spraying a reductant to remove NOx in flue gas. The adsorption tower removes the instantaneously generated NOx with a high concentration. The valves are connected between the SCR reactor and adsorption tower to guide a flow of the flue gas.
