    • PURPOSE: A processing method of industrial waste is provided to obtain environmentally friendly industrial material having a superior mechanical property by mixing industrial waste with methyl sulfonyl methane(MSM) which is represented by general formula sulfur(S). CONSTITUTION: A processing method of industrial waste comprises the following steps: mixing cinder or coal ash, steel-making slag, and steel-making dust in weight ratio of 35-50:10-15:15-25(S101); heating and drying the mixture(S103); mulling the dried mixture after heating(S105); melting the MSM by heating; mixed-melting the milled mixture with the melted MSM(S109); and cooling the mixture including the melted MSM(S111). In the mixed-melting step, 65-80 weight% of the milled mixture and 20-35 weight% of the melted MSM are mixed for 15-20min at 120deg.C.

    • PURPOSE: A slag aging experiment device is provided to implement comparison experiments in various conditions without external influences. CONSTITUTION: A slag aging experiment device comprises an aging bath(20), a settling bath(30), a water supply tank(40), a return pump(50), a supply pump(60), a plurality of injection nozzles(70), and a control unit. The settling bath is connected to the aging bath via a discharge pipe. The water supply tank is connected to the settling bath via a return pipe and to the aging bath via a supply pipe. The return pump and the supply pump are installed in the return pipe and the supply pipe, respectively. The injection nozzles are installed in the supply pipe above the aging bath. The control unit comprises a microcomputer to control the operation of the return pump and the supply pump.
