    • PURPOSE: A concrete pipe quality evaluation management system is provided to offer stable construction environment by realizing a wireless control unit and a wireless sensor unit through a wireless communication system. CONSTITUTION: A sensor node unit includes plural pressure sensors(300), a pressure display unit(31), an emergency operating signal generating unit(330), and a signal transmission unit(320). The pressure sensors sense the pressure of concrete. The pressure display unit displays a concrete pressure value by changing the sensed concrete pressure signal. When the emergency control signal is received, the emergency operating signal generating unit operates emergency apparatuses in an area including the pressure sensors. The signal transmission unit wirelessly transmits the sensed input data.

    • PURPOSE: A system for driving bypass valves in response to error of concrete high pressure pumping is provided to protect residual pipe by colleting concrete which is not hardened because a main part in the pipe is closed when blocking and extraordinary states. CONSTITUTION: A system for driving bypass valves in response to error of concrete high pressure pumping comprises a first bypass valve(310), a second bypass valve(320), a first bypass valve control part(330), a second bypass valve control part(340), and a sensor node part(350). The first bypass valve opens and closes a first and a second moving passage. The first moving passage moves concrete from a lower floor part(315) to a high floor part(335) of a main pipe. The second moving passage discharges the concrete in the high floor part to an emergency pipe(325). The second bypass valve opens and closes a bypass passage. The bypass passage allows the concrete in the high floor part to pass through the first bypass valve and discharge to the emergency pipe. The first bypass valve control part controls the concrete moving passages of the first bypass valve.
