    • The present invention relates to a grinding tool, and more particularly, to a grinding tool and method for manufacturing the same wherein the grinding tool includes the following: a metal mesh net formed of meshes having a given size; multiple abrasives equally spaced apart from each other on one surface of the metal mesh net; metal fillers bonded to the boundary surfaces with the abrasives by means of brazing around the abrasives disposed on the metal mesh net to fix the abrasives to the metal mesh net; and resin bulk disposed on the top of the abrasives fixed to one surface of the metal mesh net by means of the metal fillers, so that the metal mesh net on which the abrasives are fixed by the metal fillers and the resin bulk are sequentially laminated to top of each other and thermally pressurized to form multiple stages, thus optimizing the grinding performance through the arrangement of the abrasives on the metal mesh net as a base material, preventing the abrasives from being detached by the abrasion of the resin bulk when grinding through the strong coupling obtained by fixing the abrasives to the metal mesh net by means of the metal fillers bonded through brazing and at the same time by locating the abrasives into the resin bulk, improving the cooling performance with the even emission of frictional heat reducing the characteristics of resin through the metal mesh net, and providing a multi-stage structure capable of allowing next abrasives to protrude even if the abrasives on the surface layer do not work anymore to keep the grinding work, without stopping in the life span.

    • PURPOSE: A polishing pad is provided to keep a stable state for a long time because a bent part of a metal plate covers a rim to prevent damage of a buffer plate. CONSTITUTION: A polishing pad comprises a metal plate(100), a buffer plate(200), velcro tapes(300a,300b), and a polishing plate(400). An annular bent part(110) is formed in the lower side of a rim of the metal plate. The buffer plate is fitted in the bent part of the metal plate. The Velcro tapes are respectively adhered in the lower surface of the metal plate and the upper surface of the buffer plate, and both velcro tapes are attached or separated each other. The polishing plate is attached in underside of the buffer plate.
