    • PURPOSE: A rough surface grinding disk and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to perform in maximum grinding efficiency through minimum diamond while securing pressing strength and elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A rough surface grinding disk is composed of a pressing surface(12) and a filling unit(15). The pressing surface is formed into a flat plate shape. The filling unit is formed on the through hole(14) of a mesh net comprising the pressing surface. The filling unit fills the through hole with a nondeformable plastic. The filling unit is formed in a position lower than the height of a wire forming the pressing surface for the deposition of diamonds(11) around the pressing surface.

    • PURPOSE: An abrasive sheet, which improves the intensity of an abrasive sheet, is provided to prevent the decrease of material property of a resin adhesive layer due to water by maintaining the airtightness between of a material property of a resin adhesive. CONSTITUTION: An abrasive sheet comprises a base material(10), an abrasive material(30), a compression resin layer(70), a resin adhesive layer(50) and a backing material(60). The abrasive material adheres to the front side of the base material. The compression resin layer is heat-compressed on the rear side of the base material. The compression resin layer comprises a reinforced fiber. The resin adhesive layer spreads on the rear side of the compression resin layer.

    • A grinding pad and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to allow a manufacturer to omit an additional process independently forming a curing resin layer. A grinding pad comprises a felt made of the filament-fiber and curing resin, which can be not only a thermosetting resin but also a photo curable resin, impregnated in the felt and a grinding pad including a bonding layer(B) to one side of the pad. The filament fiber, 0.002~5denier, can be made of polyester resin, polyamide resin or mixed resin, polyester and polyamide. A curing resin content is 10~90% corresponding to whole weight of the grinding pad. The grinding pad is manufactured by providing heat or irradiating light.
