    • 본발명은형상제어가가능한다이아몬드의표면처리방법및 그에의한다이아몬드에관한것으로서, 구체적으로본 발명에따른다이아몬드표면처리방법은다이아몬드입자표면에폴리머를마스킹하는마스킹단계; 상기마스킹된다이아몬드입자표면을세라믹으로코팅하는코팅단계; 상기다이아몬드입자표면으로부터상기폴리머를제거하는폴리머제거단계; 상기폴리머가제거된다이아몬드입자와메탈파우더를혼합하는혼합단계; 상기혼합된다이아몬드입자와메탈파우더를열처리하는열처리단계; 및상기다이아몬드입자표면으로부터세라믹코팅층을제거하는세라믹제거단계;를포함한다. 본발명에따르면규칙적인에칭의형성이가능하며, 이로인하여가공충격이발생시에도다이아몬드의절단이아닌에칭면을따라다이아몬드의파쇄가발생하는부분파쇄를인위적으로발생시킴으로써다이아몬드입자의에지가지속적으로형성되는효과를얻을수 있으며, 또한파쇄된다이아몬드입자의에지의지속적인형성이가능하도록함으로써가공성능의지속적인유지를가능하게하고, 그에따라수명이향상되는등의효과를얻을수 있다.

    • A method and a device for manufacturing a superabrasive tool is provided to shape a solid structure agreeing with formation of a molding space through powder elements in molding constituents by heating the molding constituents while giving pressure through a flexible wall, to form the molding space and a pressing chamber linear or non-annularly, and to apply uniform pressure over the whole thickness of the molding constituents by using the flexible wall in giving pressure to a limited volume of the molding constituents. A device(10) for manufacturing a superabrasive tool comprises an outer annular housing(20), an upper cover(22), and a bottom cover(24) forming an upper wall and a bottom wall; and an inner cylindrical wall detachably mounted and formed with an annular upper member(26) and an annular lower member(28) corresponding to each other. The above components are made of high quality alloy steel. The cylindrical members are coupled with an inclined opening unit(27), the upper cover, and the bottom cover to fix each radial position of the upper and lower members. A hydraulic port(30) formed in the cylindrical upper member to be communicated with a narrow gap(32) between the cylindrical members, which is possibly sealed by the existing gasket or o-ring. An annular sleeve(34) containing flexible substances is disposed adjacent to the outer surface of the cylindrical members, and formed with upper and lower portions tightly contacted on one part of the upper cover and the bottom cover to make expansion of a pressing chamber between the outer surface of the cylindrical member and the inner surface of the sleeve. Also, the sleeve forms one wall of a molding space(36).
