    • PURPOSE: A pillow ball bush and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the fuel efficiency of vehicles, to endure horizontal load, and to reduce frictional noise by reducing weight and having a simple manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A pillow ball bush comprises an inner pipe(180), a bearing(190), a case(165), a rubber member(160), an outer pipe(140), and a stopper(120). The inner pipe comprises a ball portion(185) and a stud portion(187). The middle of the ball portion is convexly formed. The stud portion is longitudinally extended from the ball portion. The bearing is formed in a part of the exterior of the inner pipe and has a bearing ball portion(195). The bearing ball portion has a shape corresponding to the ball portion of the inner pipe. The case is formed on the exterior of the bearing to surround the bearing. The rubber member is formed on the surface of the case. The outer pipe is formed on the exterior of the rubber member. The stopper is fixed in the front end of the outer pipe.
