    • PURPOSE: A multi layer ceramic capacitor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance reliability with ultrahigh capacitance and high number of laminated layers by defining correlation of capacitance, crack occurrence and reliability in accordance with a depth of a diffusion layer from an external electrode and an internal electrode. CONSTITUTION: A multi layer ceramic capacitor includes a main body(1) and an external electrode(2). The main body includes a plurality of dielectric layers(6) laminated in the inside. The outer electrode is formed in both sides of the main body. The ceramic capacitor includes effective layers and protective layers where the dielectric layers and internal electrodes(4) are alternately laminated in the inside.
