摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the restriction of materials of electrode and base and enable the containing in a semiconductor integrated circuit by forming a vacuumed channel between insulating thin films and controlling the current between a pair of opposite electrodes by the electric potential of other electrode exposed and provided in the intermediate position of the channel. Thereafter, to seal the upper part, an insulating film is accumulated by a magnetron spattering accumulation process having the difference in step coating property consciously reduced and a reduced pressure chemical accumulation process, while keeping the degree of vacuum in the channel. At this time, the channel 1 is slightly buried, but it is justifiable. Finally, to keep the degree of vacuum in the channel 1, SiN is accumulated on the surface by a plasma chemical accumulation process, whereby a positive element capable of accumulating can be produced.
