    • PURPOSE:To obtain an electron tube stable operation and high reliability while lowering temperature inside an anode by arranging a grid and an anode coaxially inside a cylindrical anode serving as well as a vacuum envelope while forming a molten and injected metal layer on the inside opposite to the grid of the anode. CONSTITUTION:An open end of a copper-made cylindrical anode 20, whose on end is blocked, is connected to a ceramic cylinder 5 for an anode through a sealing metal cylinder 4 while the cylinder 5 is fixed to a ceramic plate 7 for a stem through an end part 6a of a grid supporter 6. Inside the anode 20, a mesh-shaped grid 2 and a cathode 3 are arranged at the prescribed interval and coaxially. The grid 2 is fixed to the supporter 6 while the cathode 3 is supported and fixed by a cathode supporting column 8 and a cathode supporter 9. A molten and injected metal layer 21 is formed on the inside opposite to the grid 2 of the anode 20. In this way, an electron tube having stable operation and high reliability by lowering temperature inside the anode 20.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize the operation of the captioned tube so as to obtain its high reliabliity by comprising a metal chrome layer on the inner surface of an anode and a chrome oxide layer on the surface of the metal chrome layer to prevent unnecessary temperature rise within an electron tube. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, the inner surface of an anode 21 made of copper is processed to have a pear-skin by meas of a liquid honing. Next, chrome plating of 20mum in thickness is carried out on the surface processed with the pear skin in given conditions. An anode used for an electron tube which is provided with a metal chrome layer 22 on the inner surface is completed by drying it by means of hot air following to a water washing and a hot water washing after the completion of the plating. A metal sealing dish 4 etc. is brazed to the anode. A chrome oxide layer 23 is generated on the surface of the metal chrome layer by carrying out such a brazing in a humidified hydrogen atmosphere. Whereby, it is possible to stabilize the operation so as to obtain high reliability because unnecessary heat energy is efficiently absorbed into the anode to enable it to be radiated outside the tube by means of heat radiation fins etc.
