    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold case for a circuit breaker with improved screw caulking part of the case so as to sufficiently endure the pressure of an arc gas when breaking a short-circuit current. SOLUTION: The mold case for a circuit breaker is formed by superposing an upper cover 2 on a lower case 1 made of thermosetting resin, and integrally calking the cover to the case by inserting a tapping screw 3 from an upper side of the cover and integrally calking it. The upper cover and the lower case are formed with lower holes 4, 5 for the tapping screw 3 as through-holes, and calking strength of the mold case is strengthened by inserting the tapping screw 3 having a length L almost covering the length of the lower holes 4, 5 and calking the upper case 1 to the lower case. Further, an insulated back lid 6 is arranged at the lower case so as to close the end part of an opening of the lower holes 4 penetrating through the lower case, and the chips generated when screwing the tapping screw 3 are prevented from flowing out and being scattered toward outside (assemble line of the circuit breaker) from the lower holes 4.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a shaping jig such that replacement of a component at a pawl part due to wear and alteration of coil pitch can be dealt with while enhancing the shaping accuracy of a coil. SOLUTION: In the device for shaping an electromagnetic coil such that a coil wire 11 is wound spirally and lead parts are led out from the start-of-winding and the end-of-winding end parts of a coil, its shaping jig 17 is arranged such that a core metal 18 is planted in the center of a disc-like base and a pawl part for stopping the start-of-winding end part of the coil wire is provided on the outer circumferential side of base bearing surface oppositely to the core metal. The coil is shaped by inserting the forward end lead part of the wire into a gap between the core metal and the pawl part from the side, and turning and elevating the shaping jig by driving a servo motor thereby winding the wire around the core metal 18. The pawl part (stop pawl 24) is fixed, as an independent component, such that the fixing position of the shaping jig to the base can be adjusted. The wire is held by forming a wedge-like tapered face 24a making an acute angle α against the base bearing surface of the shaping jig on the side face of the stop pawl for stopping the coil wire.       SOLUTION: The connection conductor 10 is used for connecting a connection terminal 4b and a movable contactor 3b so as not to interfere with a conductor plate 7a at the inside of the circuit breaker. The connection conductor made of a round rod-shaped conductive material is composed of a crank-shaped main body 11 having a central piece 11a with arm pieces 11b extended from its both ends, and tips of respective arm pieces 11b have connection parts 12, 13 overlapping with the connection terminal 4b and the movable contactor 3b, respectively. The body part 11 is formed by bending a round rod, and both the connection parts 12, 13 are formed by coinning from the same direction so that surfaces of the connection parts 12, 13 form a prescribed angle relative to a flat plane including the main body 11.
