    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground fault circuit interrupter which prevents change of leak detecting sensitivity due to a noise current in a secondary winding caused by a stray capacitance between a test winding and the secondary winding. SOLUTION: The ground fault circuit interrupter 1 comprises a zero-phase current transformer 4 having the secondary winding 5 to lead out a zero-phase- sequence component of the current in main electric paths (R-U), (S-V), (T-W) and the test winding 11 to test-operate this interrupter 1, a leak detector 6 which opens an interrupting part 2 by energizing a trip coil 7 when a zero-phase current in the secondary winding 5 exceeds the predetermined one, and a rectifier circuit 10 which generates direct current for the leak detecting part 6 by rectifying the voltage of the main electric paths with one of direct current supply paths thereof, a ground line connected to a signal ground SG of the leak detecting part 6. When a test contact 9 is open and the interrupter 1 monitors leak, and potentials of the test winding 11 and the secondary winding 5 are the same because of the connection of one end of the test winding 11 to the ground line resulting in no noise current due to stray capacitance.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the number of components and save space, by doing away with connect lead wires among a residual current transformer, a test switch and a printed wiring board, and simplifying the test switch. SOLUTION: A case 1 is mounted with a main circuit contact, a switch mechanism, a residual current transformer 7, a trip coil unit with a ground-fault indicating button, a printed wiring board 10 mounted with a ground-fault detecting circuit and a test circuit, and a push-button type test switch 13 connected to the test circuit. Here, the printed wiring board 10 is put on the residual current transformer 7 wound with a test winding 7a and integrated with terminals, and it is arranged opposite to a case cover. At the same time, output pin terminals 7b and test pin terminals 7c of the residual current transformer 7 are lead out of the upper surface of the printed wiring board 10. Further, one test pin terminal 7c-1 of the test winding is used as a fixed contact of the test switch 13, then a movable contact 13b opposed to it is mounted to the push button 13a, to constitute the test switch 13.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electric current limiting resistor from burning at the time of testing even in the case a load side and an electric power side are erroneously connected. SOLUTION: This earth leakage breaker is constituted so as to shut a main circuit switch 4 by detecting zero phase current of the main circuit by a zero phase current transformer 8 and supplying excitation electric current to a trigger coil 43 when a printed circuit, as an electron circuit, judges flow of leakage current in the case the detected zero phase current exceeds a prescribed value. The earth leakage breaker comprises a test circuit 7 to which voltage is applied from the main circuit and which comprises an electric current limiting resistor 72 and a test switch 71 connected in series and is installed as to cross the iron core of the zero phase current transformer 8. In this case, a protection switch 73 is installed in the test circuit 7 and the test electric current started flowing by turning on the test switch 71 at the time of testing is shut by the protection switch 73 and flows only for a slightest time by making the protection switch 73 be turned on or off interlockingly with the main circuit switch 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable alarm signals and to simplify installation and constitution by detecting using a light projecting element and a light interrupting element that a leakage indicating button is projecting, and transmitting a leakage signal from a photoelectric switch. SOLUTION: A light projecting element 10 and a light interrupting element 11 have their respective optical axes made to pass through the center of a leakage indicating button 2, and light-transmitting holes 13 are bored in two parts of a light-blocking wall 7a along the optical axes. Round holes are bored in a printed substrate and in the upper wall of a case 6 in such a way as to face the button 2, and a lid plate 14 is mounted in the round hole in the case 6. The button 2 is always held in a predetermined position, and the light from the light projection ion element 10 is received by the light interrupting element 11 through the light transmitting walls 13, with not leakage signal produced. During leakage breaking, the button 2 is projecting, and the light from the light projector 10 is blocked and does not impinge on the light interrupting element 11, so a leakage signal is transmitted from an output wire. Since the inside of a housing is matte black and the periphery of the button 2 is covered with the light-blocking wall 7a, the light does not go around them as the result of irregular reflections.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction caused when some photoelectric switches are fitted closely together by adopting a random square wave pulse circuit outputting a square wave pulse at a random period for a square wave pulse circuit. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting device 21 consists of a square wave pulse circuit 19 outputting a square wave pulse and a light emitting circuit 20 connecting to the square wave pulse circuit and emitting an optical pulse for an output period of the square wave pulse circuit and a light receiving device 22 is made up of a light receiving circuit connecting to the square wave pulse circuit and receiving a light only for an output period of the square wave pulse circuit. A random period square wave pulse circuit outputting a square wave pulse at a random period is adopted for the square wave pulse circuit 19. Thus, the light emitting period of the light emitting device 21 and a light receiving period of the light receiving device 22 are synchronized and even when some photoelectric switches are fitted closely or side by side and the light emitted from each photoelectric switch is made incident in the other photoelectric switch, the light emitting and receiving period of the photoelectric switch is made at random.
