    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a graphene thin film, whereby the electric resistance of a fabricated graphene thin film does not increase; a high conductivity thereof is secured; and the graphene thin film can be fabricated by a low-temperature process of about ≤300°C.
      SOLUTION: A dispersion liquid in which a graphene oxide powder is dispersed in a liquid is applied on a substrate board 20; the liquid is removed to form a graphene oxide thin film 10 on the substrate board 20; a metal 21 is made to contact on the graphene oxide thin film 10; the metal 21 is heated and melted to thereby reduce the graphene oxide thin film 21, thus obtaining a graphene thin film. The graphene oxide is obtained preferably by exfoliating a graphite oxide into a single layer. The metal 21 is preferably a metal element of Ga, In, Zn, Cd, Sn, Pb or Bi or an alloy thereof.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for wet processing, capable of achieving more uniform wet processing, while sufficiently suppressing remaining of air bubbles in pores, in wet processing carried out by dipping a plate-like body having fine pores in a processing liquid.
      SOLUTION: The wet processing method includes a decompression step of reducing the pressure in a sealed container 11 while the plate-like body 3 is held in the sealed container 11, a soluble gas introduction step of introducing a soluble gas 8 which is soluble in the processing liquid 2 into the sealed container 11 while the pressure in the sealed container 11 is reduced after the decompression process, and a process liquid introduction step of introducing the processing liquid 2 into the sealed container 11 while the sealed container 11 is filled with the soluble gas after the soluble gas 8 introduction process, wherein a substrate 3 is subjected to the wet processing while no air bubble remains in fine pores.
