    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily configure the capacitor of high voltage specifications proper to a high breakdown-strength inverter circuit on a substrate.
      SOLUTION: The capacitor for the high voltage inverter circuit is constructed on the insulating substrate 1. The capacitor for the high voltage inverter circuit has an electrode 11 fitted on the wiring surface 1a of the substrate 1, the electrode 12 fitted on the same surface of the substrate 1 while being adjoined to the electrode 11 and the electrode 13 fitted on the part surface 1b of the substrate 1 while being opposed to the electrodes 11 and 12. In the capacitor, the electrode 13 has fixed width W3 and length L3, and is opposed to the electrode 11 at one end section 13c in the length L3 direction while being opposed to the electrode 12 at the other end section 13d. According to the configuration, the portions of the substrate 1 placed among the electrodes 11 to 13 form dielectric layers, and a series-capacitor structure in which either of the electrode 11 and the electrode 12 is used as a storage electrode and a counter electrode while the electrode 13 is used as an intermediate electrode can be configured.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce capacitance error (variation) caused by dislocation between electrodes provided on a dielectric board. SOLUTION: A capacitive element comprises a first electrode and a second electrode so provided on a board as to face each other across a dielectric layer. At both or one of the first electrode and second electrode, a chamfer (rounding a corner) is provided at its corner part. The first electrode is built in the board and is smaller than the second electrode, but it determines capacitance value of the capacitor. It is connected to a single via and provided with a chamfer. The first electrode is a signal input side electrode while the second electrode is a ground side electrode. A single via may be connected to the first electrode. The via is arranged around the center of the first electrode when viewed from above. It is suitably used as a matching capacitor of a non reciprocal circuit element (isolator).       SOLUTION: A plurality of internal electrodes 16 and a plurality of internal electrodes 18 are arranged alternately in a dielectric body. A through-hole electrode 21 provided near the center of the upper portion of the dielectric body reaches the upper side outer-most layer of the internal electrode 16 from the upper side surface of the dielectric body to be electrically connected with the electrode. A through-hole electrode 22 reaches the upper side outer-most layer of the internal electrode 18 from the upper side surface of the dielectric body to be electrically connected with the electrode. An external electrode arranged on the upper side surface of the dielectric body is electrically connected with the through-hole electrodes 21 and 22. A plurality of through-hole electrodes 25 connected with all of the plurality of internal electrodes 16 and a plurality of through-hole electrodes 26 connected with all of the plurality of internal electrodes 18 are arranged in the dielectric body.
