As the combustion exhaust gas flowing in the exhaust flue portion 9 in the casing 4 is spirally guided along the screw plate 16, and accumulated in the exhaust flue portion 9 for a long time, the heat of the combustion exhaust gas of high temperature can be efficiently recovered into the casing 4 through a wall body of the exhaust flue portion 9. The heater is provided with a dew condensation water discharge mechanism for discharging the dew condensation water generated from the exhaust gas on the downstream side of the air supply and exhaust fan of the air supply and exhaust flow path.

The wind flowing in the air distribution path 12 is blocked by the partitioning plate 10, so that the air is prevented from flowing into the cartridge tank housing part B, and diffusion of the odor component of the fuel is prevented.       SOLUTION: The radiating heater is composed of a cylindrical combustion chamber 3 comprising a burner part 1 at a lower part; a first radiator 5 located on the combustion chamber 3 and communicating with the combustion chamber 3 to allow combustion gas to flow through; a second radiator 14 through which combustion gas after flowing through the first radiator 5 flows; and a supply and exhaust cylinder 15 exhausting combustion gas after flowing through the second radiator 14, to the outdoors. The first radiator 5 is bell-shaped with the front face enlarged, has a combustion gas inflow port at the center of a rear lower part and exposes a front radiating face 8 from an instrument body to directly radiate heat, and the upper face of the first radiator 5 is formed as a downward inclined face 13 and provided with the second radiator 14. The whole radiating face 8 is thereby heated uniformly in an instant, and a large quantity of radiation heat is emitted to always perform satisfactory heating.
