    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problem that, in order to unlock a door locked by an electronic lock system and a locking system for log-in authentication or the like which is seen in a membership site on the Internet, an unlocking procedure is performed by the input operation of a code number by a key signal input part, however, the operation may become too active to easily cause the decoding operation of the code number, and impersonation may be done further easily when information on the code number is leaked to a malicious person, or especially when the face of an individual cannot be seen on the Internet, and on the other hand, though a security system exists having a particular key signal input part for specifying the individual himself/herself by physical characteristics, an object to be installed with the system is limited, and the versatility of the system is not wide yet. SOLUTION: A telephone or a cellular phone is used as a key signal input means while a phone call means is provided in a system structure. A telephone call is sent to a handling person using a telephone communication network, and then a DTMF signal which is transmitted as the key signal through the key signal input means available to the handling person receiving the call is received so that the individual is identified. SOLUTION: The foldable mobile terminal unit, having first and second cases connected so as to be opened and closed, includes an open/close portion 129 for locking the closed state of the case; an open instruction portion 211 for releasing the lock and opening the case; an authentication processing portion 209 for authenticating a user registered in advance, while the case is closed; a power saving mode control portion 205 for controlling current supplied to the unit; and an open request receiving portion 201 for accepting a request to open the case. The power saving mode control portion 205 controls the current to a first current level, enabling a standby operation of the unit while the open/close portion 129 is locked, and also controls the current to a second current level higher than the first current level after receiving the request by the open request receiving portion 201, wherein the authentication processing portion 209 is operable. When the authentication processing portion 209 authenticates the user, the open indication portion 211 releases the lock of the open/close portion 129, so as to open the case.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional method for originating/incoming calling of telephone that a caller does not notice that he/she has input a wrong number before a callee takes a receiver and speaks at a speaker, that the caller does not confirm the number since he/she does not think it to be wrong, and that a calling state cannot be confirmed without fitting the receiver to the ear quickly.
      SOLUTION: A message RGT213 is stored in a call-incoming set 200 in advance. When a call incomes, the call-incoming set generates a ringing tone 203, and establishes virtual voice connection (virtual RGT state 210) between a call-originating set 100 to transmit 213 the message RGT to the call-originating set 100 before off-hooking by a user. The call-originating set 100 generates a voice of a received message RGT. By hearing the message RGT, the user of the call-originating set can confirm that a callee desired to call is surely called presently.
