    • PURPOSE:To normally avoid a resonance frequency operation during a control operation by operating a refrigerator by a microcomputer and an acceleration detector once at the starting time from the minimum to the maximum from set low frequency to the maximum speed of a variable frequency range, measuring the resonance frequency, and storing it. CONSTITUTION:The resonance speeds from the lowest speed to the highest speed are detected by an acceleration detector 5, and all stored in an RAM of a microcomputer 1. After a refrigerator 4 is altered to a required rotating speed, the microcomputer 1 discriminates whether the rotating speed is the resonance frequency stored in the RAM or not. When it is discriminated to be out of the resonance frequency, the refrigerator 4 is operated at the required operating speed. When it is discriminated to be in the frequency band of inhibiting the operation, the microcomputer 1 alters to the stable rotating speed around the required rotating speed.

    • PURPOSE:To accelerate the pressure rise of fuel oil and to improve the combustion performance in an electromagnetic pump for a combustion device which is driven by half wave of AC by connecting the electromagnetic coil in series with a control rectifier and synchronizing the ON and OFF actions of the rectifier with a power source. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 6 is closed, an AC voltage from a power source 5 is half-wave rectified by a half-wave rectifying and signal constant voltage block 1, maintained at the constant voltage, and supplied to a phase angle control signal block 2 and a phase angle gradual increase block 3. The signal constant voltage is divided by resistors R2, R3 in the block 2, applied as a reference voltage to the gate G of a PUT, and a capacitor C1 is charged through R4, VR1, R5. When the voltage of the C1 rises and the PUT is closed, a controlled rectifier SCR in the block 4 is energized, and an electromagnetic pump P is started. After the fuel is ignited, the block 3 is operated to gradually raise secondarily the pressure of the fuel oil to the normal combustion pressure.

    • PURPOSE:To prolong the lifetime of an induction motor by providing a temperature relay having the same characteristics as the heat dissipating characteristics of the motor to operate an indicator, thereby preventing the start of the motor exceeding the allowable starting frequency. CONSTITUTION:When the breaker of an induction motor is closed, its auxiliary normaly open contact 2a is closed, a current will flow through a temperature relay 3 having the same characteristics as the heat dissipating characteristics of the motor, and the output contact 4 is closed after a predetermined time. Since an auxiliary normally closed contact 2b is opened at this time, the indicator 5 is not energized. When the breaker is then opened, the contact 2b is closed, and the indicator 5 continues to turn ON until the output contact 4 of the relay 3 is opened. Accordingly, the indicator 5 can be turned ON until the temperature of the motor becomes a predetermined level, thereby monitoring the restart and preventing the restart more than required and thus prolonging the lifetime of the motor.
