The filtering grids, have transmitting nature with respect to electron bombardment and are biased so that parasitic ions produced at their one side, are inhibited from reaching the cathode or anode disposed at the other side.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the electromagnetic wave shielding function of the display device. SOLUTION: A panel 10 and a driving circuit board 12 are arranged in a conductive shield housing 20. A conductive hold plate 16 or conductive material which is provided specially is arranged between the panel 10 and driving circuit 12, the hold plate 16 or conductive material is connected to the conductive shield housing 20 by a connecting means 22, and a driving circuit electromagnetic shield is formed surrounding the driving circuit board 12 as a noise generation source. Further, a conductive layer may be formed above the insulating layer of a wiring board 25 connecting the panel 10 and driving circuit board 12 and connected to the conductive shield housing 20 and hold plate 16 to forcibly ground the conductive layer. Consequently, the wiring board is electromagnetically shielded and noise is prevented from leaking from the gap between the panel 10 and conductive shield housing 20.

Furthermore, the electron, which is emitted from the electron emitting part, passes through an opening 19 for electron. The thick film paste 22 is filled from an opening 20 for fixation so as to fix the shielding plate 14 to a support 13. With this structure, a space between the shielding plate 14 and the substrate 1 is evened so as to reduce the influence of the shielding plate 14 to the distribution of electric field, and the influence of the charged particle to the electron emitting element can be reduced.

The front end of each emitter 7 can be protected against the ion splashed from the collector 11. The damage and loss, or the contamination of the emitter 7 can thus be reduced, and the life characteristic thereof in a low vacuum atmosphere can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture the internal parts of a color picture tube having low thermal expansion and excelling in formability by manufacturing the internal parts such as shadow masks and the like out of high Ni alloyed steel having a specific composition and by carrying out annealing and blackening treatments. CONSTITUTION:The internal parts of a color picture tube, such as shadow masks, frames, and inner shields, are manufactured of high Ni alloyed steel containing 25-45% Ni, 0.3-10% of at least one kind among Cr and Mn, and, as precipitation hardening component, at least one kind among 0.05-2.0% Ti, Nb, 0.05-1.5% Al, 0.1-2.0% Zr, and 0.005-2.5% Mo, Ta, V, W, etc., which is annealed in a vacuum heating furnace at 700-1,300 deg.C and then heated at 500-800 deg.C for 20min so that the above precipitation hardening component elements are precipitated to form a blackened film with good adhesion. By the addition of Ni, the internal parts having low thermal expansion and excelling in formability can be manufactured.
