    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high S/N by making fourth RF pulses the plural RF pulses in different frequency bands so as to inverse the spin of the second nuclear species in chemical shift with respect to the magnetic resonance device impressing first to third RF pulses to a first nuclear species and impressing the fourth RF pulses to the second nuclear species. SOLUTION: Relating to an INEPT(insensitive nuclear enhanced bi- polarization transfer) sequence for observing C signal by moving the high polarization of H of water molecule to C, the first to third RF pulses are first impressed to H in order. Among these, the first and third RF pulses are made the exciting pulses having a flip angle of 90 deg. and the second RF pulse is made the image reforming pulse having a flip angle 180 deg.. In addition, if a spin-spin connecting constant between H and C is J, the fourth RF pulses being the plural RF pulses in different frequency bands are impressed to C as an inversion pulse at a time 1/(4.J) earlier than an echo time. Thereby, the spin of the second nuclear species in chemical shift corresponding to each of the plural RF pulses are inverted.

    • PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the measurement accuracy of the blood flow speed by accurately observing the shifted blood flow position by performing the presaturation just before photographing the cinematography of the blood flow. CONSTITUTION:In the magnetic resonance imaging device, a gradient magnetic field coil 12 applying the gradient magnetic field to a testee P is arranged. The high-frequency pulse is applied near the photographing part of the testee P and an RF coil 13 accepting the generated echo signal is arranged. A transmission circuit system 15 oscillating the high-frequency pulse and a reception circuit system 16 accepting the echo signal are connected. A sequencer 17 controls each operation timing of gradient magnetic field power supplies 14a-14c and the circuits 15 and 16, operating under the control of a computer system 18. The computer system 18 comprises the MR picture by processing the signal obtained from the reception circuit system 16 and displays them on a display 19. An electrocardiograph 21 measuring the ECG (electrocardiogram) is installed at the breast of the testee P. The output signal is supplied to the sequencer 17.
