摘要： PURPOSE:To remove scales of a clogged pipe by mounting a tool at the tip end of a hollow pipe to cut off scales, causing water to flow into the hollow pipe to flow sludges of the above scales outside with water. CONSTITUTION:When an air cooler tube 1 is clogged with scales, a guide plate 12 is fitted into the inlet of the air cooler tube 1. A stainless steel pipe 7 of an air drill 11 loaded with a cutter 8 at the tip end using the guide plate 12 as a guide to scrape off scales by the lyte of the cutter 8. Simultaneously therewith, fresh water 9 is flowed into the pipe 7, and a scale powder is flowed out to clean the interior of the air cooler tube 1. In this manner, the full scale is scraped out by the drill, and after the hole has been through, chemical cleaning is executed. As a result, scales of the clogged pipe can be easily removed, and replacing the entire tube is unnecessitated.
