摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong a lifetime of a heat exchanger by preventing a corrosion damage of a heat transfer plate of an atmosphere introducing side of the exchanger 3 for recovering a waste heat of a high temperature exhaust gas from an incinerator or the like. SOLUTION: An air passage 12 is divided into three sections along an exhaust gas passage 13 of a direct heat exchanger 11, and a preheating tower 16 communicating with the passages 12 is adjacently provided at one side of the heat exchanger. The tower has an empty chamber 21 communicating with a lowermost stage heat exchanger 11c and a preheating heat exchanger 19 partitioned by a partition plate 17. An air from an atmosphere inlet 18 is introduced from the preheating chamber 16 into an external passage of the preheating heat exchanger via heat exchangers 11c. and 11b, and exhausted from an exhaust port 26 of the exchanger 11a.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover water from a waste water, in which highly foamable detergent is mixed, with high purity by instantly evaporate moisture in liquid drops without generating foaming film by continuously spraying the detergent mixed waste liquid heated and pressurized into a pressure reduced evaporation vessel equipped with no heating means. SOLUTION: The waste water is continuously supplied in constant amount in the evaporation vessel 2 from a waste water introducing valve 1 during the operation of a vacuum pump 13, forcibly sent with a circulation pump 3 driven, heated by a heater 5, adjusted in the pressure by a press adjusting valve 6 and sprayed into the evaporation vessel 2 under the reduced pressure from a spray device 7. The sprayed waste water is instantly evaporated and the vapor is introduced into a steam pipe 10. The vapor is heat exchanged by a preheater 4 to be lowered in the temp., liquefied in a cooler 11 and collected in a recovering vessel 12. The liquid drops not evaporated in the evaporation vessel 2 fall down in the liquid reservoir part 2a and sent again from the circulation pump 3 to be sprayed from the spray device 7.
