摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent cracking of a surface treatment film on a water drum from occurring and provide a hot water supplying device which does not supply red contaminated water, by providing a cylindrical part of an inner shell with a plurality of wavy grooves, and providing each of upper end lower parts of an outer shell with a shrunken-pipe contraction part. CONSTITUTION:When an inner cylinder 1 is heated by a flame jetted from a burner 4, thermal stresses and strains are generated between the inner shell 1 and an outer shell 2, but the thermal strains are dispersed and absorbed by a plurality of wavy grooves 8 provided at the inner shell 1 and also by an enlarged-pipe contraction part 14 provided at an upper part of the inner shell 1 and shrunken-pipe contraction parts 9 at upper and lower parts of the outer shell 2. Therefore, cracking at the surface of a water drum 3 can be prevented from occurring. Since circularity is secured by the shrunken-pipe contraction part 9 provided at the upper part of the outer shell, a glass lining is not damaged at the time of joining the outer shell 2 to the inner shell 1.
