    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable transmission capable of enhancing lubricating performance.SOLUTION: A continuously variable transmission includes a first rotation element, a second rotation element, a rolling member, a supporting axis, and a support rotation element. The support rotation element has a first fixed element in which a first guide is arranged, a mobile element in which a second guide 45 is arranged, and a second fixed element 43 in which a slit 46 is formed. A supporting axis 51 has a supply route for supplying a lubricous medium supplied in the second guide 45 to the rolling member, and its outer diameter φ1 of an end 53 is larger than an outer diameter φ2 of an intermediate part 54. The second fixed element 43 covers an opening of the second guide 45, and its width D of the slit 46 is narrower than the outer diameter φ1 of the other end 53 of the supporting axis 51.Therefore, the continuously variable transmission, generates an effect capable of enhancing lubricating performance.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction drive variable speed change gear which is simple in structure, wide in change gear ratio range, and excellent in efficiency which covers all of normal rotation, neutral and reverse rotation.
      SOLUTION: Rotating members 2 and 4 at driving side and driven side are rotatably arranged around a rotation center 1. A driving force transmission mechanism 6 holds spherical bodies 12A and 12B with holding members 14A and 14B rotatably around rotating centers 11A and 11B in the plane including the rotation center 1. The spherical bodies 12A and 12B are brought into contact with a contact surface 4b formed diagonally and inwardly in the rotating members 2 and 4. The direction of the rotation centers 11A and 11B are changed in the plane including the rotation center 1 with a change lever 16 to change the contact position of a contact surface 2b, and the spherical bodies 12A and 12B and the contact position of the contact surface 4b from the same side state to the other side state with respect to the rotation centers 11A and 11B. Pressure oil is fed into spaces 3 and 5 so as to apply variable pressure on the rotating members 2 and 4.
