    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump suitable for high feed pressure and mass-production at low cost. SOLUTION: This pump is formed so that a drive plate 5 is supported on an electric motor bearing race 7 through a rolling bearing 6, a swash plate 8 is supported on the drive plate 5 through a rolling bearing 9, and a pair of spring loaded pistons 10 are supported on the swash plate 8. The pistons 10 are inserted into the cylinder portions 11, and the cylinder portions 11 are inserted into a pump casing 12 to tighten a valve plate 13 between the pump casing 12 and the cylinder portion 11. The valve plate 13 comprises a connection path 14 for suction and discharge paths 15 and 16, the connection path 14 and the suction path 15 comprise check valves 17 and 18, respectively, and the cylinder portion 11 is loaded by the pump casing 12, and the pump casing 12 is loaded by a casing cover 19. Then, the casing cover 19 is loaded by a rounded pump casing wall 20, and the pump casing 12 and casing cover 19 comprise suction and discharge connection pipe pieces 21 and 22, respectively.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize axial type rotary piston pump by simplifying its structure as well as better its efficiency to a great extent by providing a slant groove in flywheel and by fitting slidably a roller provided at the end of piston rod into the foresaid slant groove. CONSTITUTION:When the flywheel 5 makes a rotating movement, the roller 4 makes a reciprocal movement in the axial direction while rotating inside the slant groove 8, the piston 2 also makes a reciprocal movement inside the cylinder 1, the cover 9 of which is provided with the discharge pipe 13 and the suction pipe 12 and the inside of which is provided with the discharge valve 11 and the suction valve 10. When going back the piston 2 inside the cylinder 1, the suction valve 10 opens to suck air into the cylinder 1, when the discharge valve 11 is closed. On the contrary, when going forward the piston 2, the suction valve 10 closes and the discharge valve 11 opens to send low-pressure intake fluid on the suction side to high-pressure side of discharge side.
