摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a pump capable of easily feeding high-viscosity fluid at a constant feed rate. CONSTITUTION: This pump has two pistons 10 each sliding in a cylinder 11. Material is fed to the cylinders 11 through passages 12 by a feed screw 21. In time of a discharge, a gate valve 6 turning in a bearing surface 1A2 sequentially opens and closes passages 1A1 communicating with the cylinders 11. The gate valve 6 has an axial bore 61 and a slit 62 perpendicular to the bore 61, while the material is fed to an outlet of a pump main body 1 through an internal space of a rotary distributor comprising the bore 61 and the slit 62.

摘要： PURPOSE: To achieve complete control of an opened/closed condition of an extrusion orifice of a piston pump by disposing a rotary distributor provided with a hole to communicate/disconnect a pump chamber with/from the suction side or discharge side between that and a supply chamber, and synchronizing its rotary motion with piston motion. CONSTITUTION: For example, a screw 8 of an extruder is disposed in a cylinder 11 as an extruding member on the suction side 6 of a displacement type pump for unvulcanized rubber. The rubber is mechanically fed under pressure toward a rotary distributor 1 to be pressed to a side surface 12 of it. The rotary distributor 1 is rotatably installed inside a partition valve 1 provided with a rotation surface 10 and both side surfaces 12, 13 inside a pump chamber, that is inside the cylinder 11. A port 4 communicated with the suction side 6 or the discharge side 7 is formed at an upper end part on the top dead center side of a cylinder 2 in which a piston 3 reciprocates. A hole, or a cut 5 formed along the rotation surface 10 passes along the port 4 in order to be alternately communicated with the suction side and the discharge side. Reciprocation of the piston 3 is synchronized only with rotation motion of the rotary distributor 1 to distribute material, and a reduction ratio can be changed depending on the number of holes in the cylindrical surface 10.
