摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pass only threads being used from among multiple kinds of color threads through a needle thread take-up and a sewing needle by simply feeding air, simplify the structure, shorten a period of time required for a thread replacement, and at the same time, effectively utilize the stream of air. SOLUTION: This multiple color embroidery sewing machine is equipped with a function wherein multiple kinds of color threads are automatically passed by utilizing the stream of air. Such a multiple color embroidery sewing machine is equipped with a thread pulling in device, a thread accepting body 64, vertical thread guiding paths 70 and 74, an air feeding device, the needle thread take-up 18, and a thread passing device 90. In this case, the thread pulling in device can respectively individually and selectively pull in respective color threads (needle threads Y) by a specified length. The thread accepting body 64 respectively accepts the color threads which have passed the thread pulling in device, and guides them downward. The vertical thread guiding paths 70 and 74 guide the color threads which are fed from the thread accepting body 64 to a jetting port 78 which is opened in the vicinity of a sewing needle 16 of the sewing machine. The air-feeding device can feed air which flows toward the jetting port 78. The needle thread take-up 18 can position a thread port 21 to a gap 75 which is provided on the thread guiding paths 70 and 74 under a state wherein the thread port 21 is adjusted to the thread guiding paths. The thread passing device 90 can pass the color thread, which are blown out by air from the jetting port 78 on the thread guiding paths, through the eye of the sewing needle 16.
