摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a small-seized bale opener suitable for diversified small-lot production. CONSTITUTION:This bale opener is equipped with a traveling mechanism 3 for receiving a truck D for loading and sending raw cotton W for bale breaking and a raw material fiber raking mechanism 2. The raking mechanism 2 is provided with a spike roller 8 and gradually drops the roller. The truck D received by the traveling mechanism 3 is reciprocated in the lateral direction and the raw material fibers on the truck are successively raked from the top by the raking mechanism and transported. Since the raw cotton for bake breaking on the truck being transported is directly raked and fiber opening operation is carried out, the operation efficiency is extremely excellent and change of product sorts is facilitated.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain an automatic bale opener not requiring a post-cleaning work by an operator, capable of saving the space and shortening an air-carrying distance using a duct, and further capable of saving the power of a fan condenser. CONSTITUTION: Conveyers 13 for raw cotton are set on a conveyer 2 in a partially overlapped state on the starting end side of a hopper 1 for a cotton- blending process, and an opener 14 is set in the course of the conveyer 13 for the raw cotton. The opener 14 is connected to the hopper 1 through a duct 17 equipped with a fan condenser 16 so as to carry the raw cotton scraped up with the head 15 of the opener 14 into the hopper with air. The raw cotton 18 is opened by the reciprocative movement of the raw cotton conveyer 13 with respect to the fixed opener 16. The raw cotton 18a left on the raw cotton conveyer 13 passed through the opening limit of the opener 14 is delivered to the conveyer 2 in the hopper 1 by the driving of the raw cotton conveyer 13, and subsequently opened in the cotton-blending process.
