    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent kneading material from being left in corner parts in a kneader in which a pair of kneading blades are rotatably inserted and supported in both side plates by projecting the bottom parts and the both side parts of both the side blades to form the corner parts thereof into a curved surface of the desired radius of curvature. SOLUTION: A kneader tank A is formed of a tank body 2 with a W-shaped cross section, side plates 3, 4 fitted to both the sides thereof, and an upper pressing cover 5. A pair of kneading blades 6, 6 are inserted in the kneader tank A to constitute a kneader 1. At this time, both the side plates 3, 4 are provided with projecting parts 3a, 3b; 4a, 4b formed by projecting the bottom parts and both the sides thereof inward, and the corner parts of the projecting parts are formed into a curved surface of the desired radius of curvature r1. And both the ends of the cover 5 are projected downward to form a curved surface, and both the end parts of the kneading blades 6 are formed into a curved surface and a clearance following that sape. In this way, fed kneading material is agitated by the rotation of the kneading blades 6, but by making the corner parts a curved surface, it flows smoothly without being left in the corner parts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently separate fibers and rubber particles of a waste material and make it possible to reuse the waste by roughly pulverizing a fiber-reinforced belt waste material, pressing and hardening the resultant material into a block, finely pulverizing the block by a hopper feeder, and then crushing the finely pulverized material by a crusher while applying impact. SOLUTION: A previously roughly pulverized waste material is supplied to a hopper 13 and then compacted by a belt conveyer 17 into a block and transported forward. After that, while being opened, the resultant waste material is scraped into fine particles, sucked by a sucking member 12, and transported to a separator 4, and attributed to the centrifugal force, the transported fine pieces are separated from transporting air current. Meanwhile, the transported pieces are supplied to a chopper 5 and finely pulverized while impact force being applied to separate relatively hard rubber from fiber flocks and pulverize the rubber into granules. The fine granular powder is housed in separation chamber 32 after passing a filtration means 31 and remaining substances which are not pulverized into fine powder are sieved by a sieving apparatus 6 to divide the remaining substances into fiber flock, rubber particles, and relatively large combined matter of both of the fiber and rubber.
