    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urea compound which can be subjected to a theoretical molecular design and can form and gel a self-aggregate even in a small addition amount of various organic solvents, to provide an organogel containing the urea compound, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide a self aggregate which can impart various functions to an organogel. SOLUTION: The urea compound is produced, for example, by introducing nitrophenol compounds to the 1,3,5-positions of phloroglucinol to synthesize a nitro compound (the first process), hydrogenating the nitro groups of the nitro compound into the amino groups to synthesize an amine compound (the second process), and reacting the amine compound with cyanic acid (CHNO), an alkylisocyanate or an aryl isocyanate (hereinafter, totally occasionally referred to as isocyanate) to introduce urea groups (the third process).
