    • 【課題】座クッションを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】低重力場強化多段蒸発システムであって、多段蒸発構造で構成され、各段蒸発構造の空気及び溶液の異なる組み合わせタイプによって空気直列接続・溶液並列接続、空気直列接続・溶液直列接続及び空気並列接続・溶液直列接続という3つの操作モードに分けることができる。システムは、空気が湿気を運ぶ能力が温度上昇に伴い増大する特性を利用して蒸発操作を行い、蒸発室において溶液と空気が直接接触熱・物質交換を通じて溶液が回転している充填物に散布され、低重力場の作用下で均等に分布させ、熱・物質交換を強化し、同時にスケール付着現象を防止する。溶液は、自身の熱を吸収することによって気化され、同時に空気が溶液の加熱を通じて昇温した後、更に多くの水蒸気を運ぶことができることで、気化した溶液を連れ去り、したがって蒸発の目的を達成する。【選択図】図1

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray drying apparatus for dehydrated filtrate from desulfurization waste water by means of which the desulfurization waste water from a desulfurization apparatus can be made effluent-free, and to provide an exhaust gas treatment system.SOLUTION: The spray drying apparatus includes: a gas introduction port 52 that is provided in a side wall 51b in the vicinity of the top lid 51a of the spray drying apparatus 50A, and introduces an exhaust gas 18 for drying a spray 33a of filtrate 33; flow-straightening plates 53 that are provided within the body of the spray drying apparatus and decelerate the introduced exhaust gas 18 and alter the flow of the exhaust gas to a laminar flow X; a spray nozzle 54 for spraying the filtrate 33 from the desulfurization waste water 30 into the exhaust gas 18 that has been altered into the laminar flow X; a gas discharge port 55 that is provided in a side wall 51c in the vicinity of the bottom of the spray drying apparatus and discharges the exhaust gas 18 that has contributed to the drying of the filtrate 33; and a discharge hopper 57 that is provided on the bottom-side of the spray drying apparatus body 51 and serves as a solids discharge means for discharging ash 56 being spray-dried solids.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: incineration ash containing a harmful substance is charged into an intermittent fluidized-bed pyrolysis apparatus and is made harmless in vacuum, however the harmful substance not yet rendered harmless such as dioxin is recovered together with condensed water in a cooling apparatus arranged in the preceding stage of a vacuum pump for producing vacuum and sometimes the condensed water exceeds the environmental effluent standard due to the operating condition of the intermittent fluidized-bed pyrolysis apparatus. SOLUTION: An apparatus for rendering liquid waste harmless has a heating part in a vacuum system for actualizing vacuum, so that liquid waste containing the harmful substance is atomized, the atomized liquid waste is decompressed to remove oxygen and the oxygen-removed liquid waste is heated and made harmless. An internal cooling part is arranged for cooling steam, which is obtained by injecting nitrogen into an atmosphere of the vacuum system to keep the pressure of the vacuum system higher than the triple point of water and closer to the atmospheric pressure and heating the water under such the pressure, to condense the steam into water and recovering the condensed water.
