    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging tool for cargo-handling/conveyance capable of switching and suspending a lifted object carried in/out of a working area along a prescribed conveyance track stably from two directions in this working area, and at the same time, performing the switching operation easily and safely. SOLUTION: When the lifted object conveyed in a plurality of working areas from a prescribed carrying-in/out area, at least a pair of suspending members are arranged opposedly with the conveyance track interposed in each working area. A hanging balance member hanging and supporting the lifted object consists of a cross-link member cross-linked and supported between the first and second suspending members, and a suspending and hanging member hanging and supporting the lifted object. The cross-link member is supported by the first suspending member slidably or rotatably at its base end so that the front end crosses the conveyance track. Moreover, the front end is detachably connected and supported by the second suspending member positioned on the opposite side of the conveyance track. Then, the suspending and hanging member is connected to this cross-link member separably, and it is provided with a hanging/connecting section connecting and supporting the lifted object and a hoisting/connecting section connected to a hoist.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a moment applied to a girder of an overhead traveling crane, and to reduce the weight of the overhead traveling crane and a building structure.
      SOLUTION: The girder 2 of the overhead traveling crane 1 is structured to be slightly bent upward in a center portion in advance so as to be generally horizontal when a hook 4 hangs a cargo and a load 8 is applied. The girder 2 is often structured by a pair of two girders. In that case, a hoisting/lowering device 6 and the hook 4 are disposed between the two girders 2, and any other device except for traveling wheels 3 is not provided on lower surfaces of the girders 2. Load supporting means 10 having specified length are provided on a generally both end portions lower surface of the girder 2, and the load supporting means 10 are coupled with each other by wire rope 11 as a load adding means. The wire rope 11 is provided with a turnbuckle 12 as a load adjusting means so as to adjust length.
