    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the adhesion of marine organisms to the inside of a sea chest that is a seawater suction port. SOLUTION: Fuel gas generated by an NGH decomposition device 12 is supplied to a gas engine 14 via a buffer tank 13, and used for the driver fuel of the gas engine 14. NGH decomposition water generated secondarily by the NGH decomposition device 12 is stored in a water storage tank 22 as water for living via a buffer tank 17. Water in the water storage tank 22 is supplied as drinking water via a water purifier 23, or used for water for a toilet and bath, washing, cleaning and other purposes in a vessel. The water in the water storage tank 22 is also supplied into the sea chest 24 as sea chest injection water. Thus, this suppresses the activation of marine organisms and prevents the clogging of the seawater suction port 32 caused by the adhesion of a large amount of marine organisms to the inside of the sea chest 24.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of airconditioning after voltage drop to a rated voltage or lower occurs in an outside machine to cause temporary stop by providing the outside machine and inside machines connected to the outside machine and continuously operating the fans of the inside machines even if the operation of the outside machine is temporarily stopped. SOLUTION: In multitype airconditioners, inside machines 2-6 in airconditioned sections and inside machines 7 in spot sections are connected to an outside machine 1 for the airconditioners set up outside a ship. If voltage drop to a rated voltage or lower results from the usage of a ship crane, e.g. the outside machine 1 is temporarily stopped. Even in such a state, the fans of the inside machines 2-7 are controlled to be kept in operation. In this way, when the voltage drop is returned to a normal value and the outside machine 1 is reoperated, no troublesome work is required for walking around rooms in which the inside machines 2-7 are set up to switch on the inside machines 2-7.
