SOLUTION: The device for charging/retrieving the submarine boat 20 comprises a water dropping assembly consisting of a lower chassis 24 and an upper chassis 25, the lower chassis 24 and the upper chassis 25 being connected to each other via a flexible connection in such a manner as to be distance adjustable between the upper chassis 25 and the lower chassis 24. The flexible connection, the lower chassis 24 and the upper chassis 25 form an acceptable cage 23 with an opening portion 28, the cage being size adjustable in a vertical direction. When the lower chassis 24 and the upper chassis 25 are separated from each other, the size of the opening portion 28 in the vertical direction can be increased to permit the submarine boat 20 to access the cage 23 without causing the movement of the cage 23 due to the swell preventing the submarine boat 20 from accessing.
