In order to engage the projecting member and recessed member, when the wire rope 1 feeds into the lead hole 3B of the recessed member 3 and the notch part 5C of the guide member 5, the wire rope 1 is drawn into the lead hole 3B and toward the notch 5c side by the frictional force of the tire members 9A, 9B that simultaneously rotate in opposite directions.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boat lifting device which allows stable pullup operation of a boat by absorbing a steep change of the apparent weight of the boat when the sea surface level is changed abruptly by the wave. SOLUTION: A boat lifting device has a winch 10 equipped with a hydraulic motor 10A, and a high pressure accumulator 36 and a low pressure accumulator 37 are connected through pilot check valves 34 and 35 to the high pressure side circuit 32 and low pressure side circuit 33 of the hydraulic motor 10A, and the check valves 34 and 35 are opened when the winch 10 is in the wind-up operation. When the load pressure of the motor 10A has risen abruptly, the oil pressure of the high pressure side circuit 32 is released to the high pressure accumulator 36, and the motor 10A is rotated reversely so as to pay off a wire rope reversely, and thereby an impact force applied to the wire rope and boat is relieved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb the fluctuation in tension during the towing without using a rope for towing by selectively feeding a high pressure from a hydraulic pump to drive circuits of two hydraulic motors for traction drum, and controlling the towing tension of the rope to a prescribed value by an accumulator. SOLUTION: If the rope tension is temporarily increased, hydraulic motors 10, 11 are reversed by the load, and the rope is delivered to avoid excessive load. Though the working fluid flows in drive circuits 40B-40A, 46B-46A, it is absorbed by an accumulator 33. On the other hand, when the tension is temporarily reduced, the motors are driven in the direction to wind the rope and slackening is absorbed. The working fluid flowing in the drive circuits 40B, 46B is absorbed by an accumulator 35 of low pressure through low accumulation circuits 57, 58. The tension on the rope is kept constant according to the set pressure of the accumulator 33, and the fluctuation in tension during the towing is absorbed and mitigated.
