The holding part 11 has a first extension part 11a extending in the inner side of the hull 100 rather than the handrail 2, a second extension part 11b extending in the outer side of the hull 100 rather than the handrail 2, and a third extension part 11c connecting the first extension part 11a and the second extension part 11b and guides the movement of the connection part 12 along the holding part 11 with the first extension part 11a, the second extension part 11b, and the third extension part 11c.
