    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always stably land a helicopter with precision by predicting a landing point position, in which an aircraft can be sagely landed, on a ship with the X-coordinate and the Y-coordinate letting a position of the aircraft be the origin. SOLUTION: An indicator 70, like a display device, indicates a position of a landing position Tm on the X-Y plane letting the helicopter present position H be the origin. A horizontal plane is used as the X-Y coordinates, a shaft connecting a stem to a stern is used as the X-coordinate, and a shaft connecting a starboard to a port is used as the Y-coordinate. On the basis of the coordinates of the rolling center K in letting the helicopter present position H be the origin and the X-coordinate of the landing point position Tm in letting the rolling center K be the origin, the X-coordinate of the landing point position Tm in letting the helicopter present position H be the origin is generated by means of a position predicting unit 23. Then, the coordinates of the landing point position Tm letting the helicopter present position H be the origin is generated by an image plane forming part 24 as a position on the X-Y plane of such a dimension as is allowed to be displayed in the indicator 70 so as to be outputted.

    • PURPOSE:To make a floating airport and to tow this airport to a desired place at sea for use, by laying and fixing an airplane landing deck to the upper side of large-sized floating substances at both sides and monolithically forming an anti-rolling sub-float at both sides of said large-sized floating substances. CONSTITUTION:An approximately rectangular deck 2 suitable for the landing and taking-off of an airplane is laid on and fixed to the upper side of two large-sized main floats 1 separated from each other at a suitable interval. And small-sized sub-floats 3 for anti-rolling are arranged at the outside of the main floats 1 when necessary. A floating airport according to this invention comprises not only the combination of said main and sub-floats 1 and 3 and deck 2, but also a floating ship's hull as a hangar. Therefore, the floating airport so constituted can be taken in tow at sea and anchored at a suitable place for use. In an emergency, said airport can be outfitted for use as an aircraft carrier.
