    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track friction reducing device, reducing friction between a wheel and a rail without contaminating soil in simple constitution.
      SOLUTION: A sprinkler means 6 including a water supply pipe 7 fixed along a derailment preventing guard 1 and an injection nozzle 8 disposed at a space from the water supply pipe 7 in the longitudinal direction to penetrate a vertical support part 2B of an angle material 2 of the derailment preventing guard 1 is provided inside the derailment preventing guard 1, whereby water injected from the injection nozzle 8 of the sprinkler means 6 is sprayed to a rail R in a curve section to thereby reduce the friction between the wheel and the rail R in the curve section.
